the location was fantastic, right next to the Rhine river. The views were breathtaking. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided me with great tips on how to find places around the area. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options available. It was a great way to start the day.

We found the room comfortable and having a great view of the Rhein River. Access to accommadation was easy with the location not being far from shopping centers. The location was quiet and peaceful.

Access to room was via a steep stair case. No tea making facility in room.

The view from our room was stunning! We could see the river flowing by and watch the boats and barges sailing past regularly. The breakfast provided was really tasty and filling, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel staff was super friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. We also appreciated the proximity of the hotel to public transportation, which made it easy to get around.

The location was a little bit remote, which might be a problem if you don't have a car or don't enjoy walking. The local area didn't offer many options for dining or nightlife, and the only nearby establishment we found was not very welcoming to outsiders.

What did I like about this hotel, it's location, breakfast was good, but bread rolls could have been fresh, staff was pleasent to deal with,we cycled down to Koblenz, but decide to spend our last night in your hotel, both our rooms were nice, as you might know I'm English and visit Dusseldorf quiet a few times, would like to think I would use your hotel again. The location was great for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing time. The staff were very helpful in providing information on the area and waste disposal. The hotel overlooked the river and had easy access to the city centre.

The attached restaurant's rude behavior towards customers and the lack of basic amenities in the rooms such as a bin and hooks for coats take away from the otherwise pleasant stay.

It is clean, quiet, comfortable, and waiters are very nice and polite and helpful. I like it.

The price during Medica show is very expensive.

Location is very nice: silent district, but not far from center,view to river from hotel. Free Wifi in room. Rooms are nive furnitured, very comfortable. Pleasant staff.

Breakfasts are rather poor. It is rather cold in rooms.

The staff were fabulous and very helpful with recommendations for transportation, and things to do and see. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the well-equipped rooms, as well as the delicious breakfast served. Right outside the hotel, we found a waste bin that indicated the appropriate disposal of waste outside the restaurant.
